Trish Hunter Celebrates 10 Years at Medibroker

This month, our Trish Hunter celebrates 10 years at Medibroker. 

To help with the celebrations, we wanted to introduce her.   

The cheerful Trish looks after the customers who are based internationally as part of the Customer Care Team. Once customers obtain their international health insurance cover through Medibroker, Trish comes into action. She contacts insurers directly to make sure that the policies are issued and any outstanding matters are resolved quickly. She also sorts out all the administration involved on behalf of her customers while ensuring that both parties are on the same page at all times.

Tricky situations are a must sometimes. But, that’s not a problem. Trish happily helps customers when they have any issues with their claims processes to their insurers.

All this can be a little daunting for some. But, Trish enjoys the interaction with both customers and insurers. For her, the varied work that involves handling international clients is exciting. The relaxed attitude and happy disposition she oozes during our chat are key in her daily activities, especially when the team deals with about 2,000 active customers around the world!

Her disposition has certainly won her the appreciation of both customers and insurers.  In fact, the good reputation the company enjoys with partners is one of the aspects that she highlights during her 10 years with Medibroker.  Other aspects that Trish highlights are the relaxed, but hard-working atmosphere at the office, where everyone gets to know each other.

During her own time, she enjoys shopping and socialising. Here’s to the next 10 years, Trish!
